Service Cancellation

You may cancel a service agreement before work begins. If materials have been ordered or work has commenced, cancellation terms will be discussed based on progress and costs incurred.

Custom Work Cancellation

Bespoke and custom tailoring work involves pattern development, material selection, and construction. Cancellation policies for custom work are discussed during consultation and agreed upon before work begins.

If custom work is cancelled after materials are ordered or construction has begun, you may be responsible for costs incurred up to the cancellation point.

Alteration Cancellation

Alterations may be cancelled before work begins. Once alterations are in progress, cancellation may not be possible as work may be irreversible. We discuss implications before proceeding with alterations.

Repair Work

Repair work is assessed before beginning. If repair is not feasible or advisable, we communicate this clearly. Once repair work begins, cancellation may not be possible depending on the nature of the work.

Completed Work

Completed tailoring, alteration, or repair work is generally not returnable as services have been performed. However, if you have concerns about completed work, please contact us promptly. We will address legitimate quality issues.

Quality Issues

If you believe completed work does not meet agreed standards, contact us within a reasonable time. We will assess the situation and work to resolve legitimate concerns. This may include adjustments, corrections, or other appropriate remedies.

Fabric and Material Returns

Fabric and materials ordered for custom work generally cannot be returned once ordered, as they are selected for specific projects. Exceptions may apply for unused materials in certain circumstances.

Deposits

Deposits paid for custom work may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs after materials are ordered or work has commenced. Deposit terms are agreed upon during consultation.

Timing

Prompt communication about cancellations or concerns helps us address situations appropriately. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or have concerns about work in progress.

Disputes

We aim to resolve any issues through direct communication. If disputes arise regarding cancellations or returns, we will work to find reasonable solutions. Applicable consumer protection laws apply.

Refund Policy

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

For cancelled work before commencement, full refunds may be available. For work in progress, refunds will be calculated based on costs incurred and work completed.

Collection of Garments

Completed garments should be collected within a reasonable time after completion notification. We will hold completed work for a specified period, after which storage fees may apply.

If garments are not collected within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including disposal, after reasonable notice.

Damaged or Lost Items

While we take every precaution to protect garments in our care, we maintain appropriate insurance coverage. In the unlikely event of damage or loss, we will work with you to resolve the situation appropriately.

Customers are advised to inform us of any pre-existing damage or concerns before leaving garments with us.

Alteration Reversals

Some alterations may be reversible, while others are not. We discuss the implications of alterations before proceeding. Reversal of alterations, when possible, may incur additional charges.

Custom Work Modifications

For bespoke and custom work, modifications after completion may be possible but will be treated as new work and charged accordingly. We will provide estimates for any modification requests.
