By using our tailoring, alteration, or repair services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services

Tlexironvar provides tailoring, garment alterations, and clothing repair services. We operate as a technical service provider, focusing on construction, fit, and restoration.

Consultation and Estimates

Initial consultations assess requirements and provide estimates. Estimates are based on information provided and may be adjusted if additional work is required or conditions differ from initial assessment.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon before work begins. For custom work, a deposit may be required. Final payment is due upon completion and collection of garments.

We accept payment methods as agreed during consultation. Prices are quoted in the currency specified and are valid for the agreed period.

Work Timeline

Estimated completion times are provided during consultation. Timelines may vary based on complexity, fabric availability, and fitting requirements. We will communicate any significant delays.

Fittings

Fittings are scheduled as part of the service process. Prompt attendance at scheduled fittings helps maintain timelines. Rescheduling may affect completion dates.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate measurements and specifications
• Attending scheduled fittings
• Communicating preferences and requirements clearly
• Collecting completed work within reasonable time

Garment Care

We handle garments with care during work. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, fabric defects, or issues unrelated to our work. Customers should inform us of any concerns before work begins.

Alterations and Modifications

Some alterations may be irreversible or may affect garment appearance. We discuss implications before proceeding. Once work is completed, reversal may not be possible.

Repair Limitations

Not all damage is repairable. We assess feasibility and provide honest assessment. Some repairs may be visible or may affect garment appearance. We discuss options before proceeding.

Quality Standards

We maintain quality standards in our work. If you have concerns about completed work, please contact us promptly. We will address legitimate issues appropriately.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We maintain appropriate insurance for our operations.

Intellectual Property

Patterns, techniques, and methods used in our work remain our intellectual property. Customers receive finished garments, not patterns or construction methods.

Disputes

We aim to resolve any issues through direct communication. If disputes arise, we will work to find reasonable solutions. Applicable consumer protection laws apply.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Current terms apply to all new work. Existing agreements remain under terms in effect at the time of agreement.

Warranty

We warrant that our work will be performed with reasonable skill and care. If work does not meet agreed standards, we will address legitimate concerns through adjustments, corrections, or other appropriate remedies.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or issues unrelated to our work. Warranty claims must be made within a reasonable time after work completion.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.

In such circumstances, we will communicate with you and work to minimize disruption to the best of our ability.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with any specific agreements made during consultation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tlexironvar regarding our services.
